The total number of COVID-19 recoveries have risen to 11,066 after another 25 people recovers from the illness in the Maldives.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 25 people recovered from COVID-19, totaling the number of recoveries in the country 11,066 with another 850 people still in treatment.

In the same time frame, 30 people have tested positive including 15 locals and 15 foreigners.

So far, there have been 39 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 33 locals, five Bangladeshi nationals and a man from Philippines.
