Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that the Shaviyani Atoll Feevah Harbor Project is moving forward at a fast pace.

The company said that the project is currently on the inner sea wall phase.

Under the project, an area of 31,303 cubic meters have been developed for the harbor along with 464 meters of inner sea wall, 504 meters of outer sea wall, 70 meters of revetment and 2,320 meters of pavement at the harbor area.

MTCC said that the project was contracted by the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure in May 2019 for MVR 69.3 million.
