Health Protection Agency (HPA) has said that the two Maldivians who returned to the country from China last month has completed their 14 days in quarantine.

The Healthy Ministry previously said that they were not quarantined due to symptoms of COVID-19 Corona Virus but to keep in line with the protocol of the World Health Organizations (WHO).

HPA announced today that samples from three people who were tested for the disease came back negative.

So far six people have been tested positive for COVID-19 in the Maldives. And Kuramathi Maldives resort, Vilamendhoo Resort, Kuredu Island Resort and Sandies Bathala Maldives Resort have been locked down temporarily as well according to the HPA.
