Seven children who escaped from the 'Fiyavathi' orphanage in Hulhumale' have been found, climbing a fence.

Police revealed that the seven children were found on top of a fence located near Tree Top Hospital, after having escaped the orphanage Saturday morning. They received reports of the escape around 7:10am in the morning.

The children have been handed over to Fiyavathi since, and none of the children were harmed or injured during the rescue.

A 14 year old boy had also escaped the orphanage in Villimale', and was found later at a residence in Male' in July.

Photos of children climbing the fence of Fiyavathi was also circulated around social media last week.
