Vice President of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Muavviz Rasheed has been elected as the President of ACC.

The position of the President of ACC became vacant after Hassan Luthufee resigned from the position after he had been collecting paychecks without coming to the office for a long time.

Muavviz was elected with the vote of all remaining members of the ACC.
