Two safes have been stolen after thieves broken in to the Red Box store's office.

Maldives Police Service said that the theft was of the Red Box office on Abadhahfehi Magu was reported this morning around 8:21 a.m.

Police said that according to the owners of the store, one safe contains MVR 4,000 and the other one is an empty safe. While the police have launched an investigation, no arrests have been made so far.
