"One Sports" has been appointed as the online media partner for the 10th edition of the Golden Futsal Challenge, the largest and most prestigious futsal tournament in the Maldives.

First launched in 2015, the Golden Futsal Challenge has, to date, become the biggest sporting event in the Maldives. The Golden Futsal Challenge has gained public trust and transformed the sporting landscape across the nation, bringing about a revolutionary change in futsal.

This year's Charity Shield match is scheduled for the night of January 3rd. It will feature the 2024 champions B. Eydhafushi against this year's champions K. Kaashidhoo. Following this, the atolls' matches will commence on the night of January 4th.

At the special event held to finalize "One Sports" as a media partner for the Golden Futsal Challenge, Rilwan Moosa, President of the Golden Futsal Association (which organizes the Golden Futsal Challenge), signed on behalf of the association.

Shamoon, representing "One Sports," stated that it is a great honor to be involved in the biggest sporting event in the Maldives and that the Golden Futsal Challenge is a tournament that brought revolutionary change to futsal in the Maldives. He also noted that previous collaborations have been successful.

Rilwan Moosa, President of the Golden Futsal Association, highlighted that past collaborations with "One Sports" have been successful and that the continuous opportunity to advance in this work is a testament to the tournament's comprehensiveness.

The Golden Futsal Challenge will once again run for more than a month next year. The final match is scheduled for the night of February 14th next year. The matches will be held at the Rehendhi Futsal Ground.

One of the most distinctive aspects of the Golden Futsal Challenge is the year-on-year improvement in the tournament's standard. This is also one of the reasons why islands trust the tournament and prepare thoroughly. The Golden Futsal Association is also making full preparations for next year's tournament.

This time, 119 teams will compete, and approximately over 280 matches are expected to be played.

Efforts are also underway to further enhance this year's tournament by utilizing video support, in line with international futsal regulations.

"One Sports" has previously worked as a partner for the Golden Futsal Challenge for four years.
