Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulla Shahid has departed on an official visit to Sri Lanka this afternoon.

During the visit, Minister will is set to call on the Prime Minister of the Socialist Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe, Speaker, Honorable Karu Jayasuriya, M.P and Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa.
