Waste Management Corporation (WAMCO) has announced their waste collection times for the upcoming month of Ramadan.

WAMCO said that they would be collecting waste from residential houses between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and after 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. between Saturdays to Thursdays and from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. along with 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Fridays.

Commercial collection times are between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. from Saturdays from Thursdays and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.

The two WAMCO Waste Transfer Station is set to be open on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the Vilimale’ station would be opened from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. at night. And the Hulhumale’ station would be opened from 7:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The regional offices would be opened from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
