State Trading Organization (STO) and Economic Ministry have begun works to control prices of different products during the holy month of Ramadan.

The news was confirmed in a tweet sent out by the Ministry on Monday. As such, the Ministry noted that the amount of imports of most commonly used products would be increased by partnering up with STO, in their attempt to control the prices of these products.

Prices for various products – especially ones related to food hike up during the month of Ramadan. With the Ministry’s decision, prices are expected to remain the same throughout.
