Sri Lankan authorities has declared a curfew in the country from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Media outlets have reported stating that according to government officials, the curfew declared for tonight is a security measure for public safety.

As Sri Lanka declares a curfew, the US State Department has said that there is a chance that more attacks could take place.
