The Adaalat Party has discussed contesting five seats in next year's parliamentary elections.
Adaalat Party spokesperson Ali Nazeer said the party had discussed contesting for five constituencies at its administrative meeting held yesterday. Further discussions will be held with the party branches and constituencies to decide on the matter, he said.
He did not say which constituencies the party discussed.
The party has won only one seat in the parliamentary elections. It was the 2014 parliamentary election. The Adaalat Party contested the seat at that time with Anara Naeem. Anara has now left the party.
In the last parliamentary elections, the Adaalat Party contested 19 constituencies. None of the constituencies won the parliamentary seat.
