The MDP presidential candidate, President Ibrahim Mohammed Solih, has arrived in Addu City yesterday to campaign for the second round of the presidential election.

President Solih left for Addu City last night. The President will meet with MDP campaign teams today.

The President will also visit Fuvahmulah and Thinadhoo in addition to Addu City.

This is the President's first trip outside Male' for the second round of the election.

The PNC presidential candidate won the first round of the presidential election. Mohammed Muizzu received 101,635 votes. The second most voted candidate was 86,161 votes.
