Search begins for missing youth from Makunudhoo

Maldives Police Service have begun a search operation after a young man from Haa Dhaalu Atoll Makunudhoo has gone missing.

Police revealed today that the missing person is Nathif Abdul Salaam, 28.

Police said they are looking for Nathif Abdul Salsam as his family reported him missing on September 17th. He now lives in Male', and was last seen on September 15, his family said.

While Nathif was reported as missing by the family, they revealed that he was last seen wearing a shirt with palm trees and shorts, police said.

Police are asking anyone with information about Nathif Abdul Salam to contact the police hotline at 3322111 or the Hulhumale' Phase 2 Police Station at 9393351.
