Jumhooree Party (JP) leader and presidential candidate Qasim Ibrahim has said that he would build a German-level military hospital during the JP's rule and the Fushidhiggaru would be reclaimed and developed as a city.

Speaking at his final campaign rally held in Male' city today to mark the end of the presidential campaign, he said that both MDP and PPM have failed and that he should be brought to power.

"When a person writes to Aasanda and signs for MDP, he gets MVR 40,000 to MVR 50,000 from NSPA. However, others have to take to social media to beg for basic needs. When a person approaches an MP, he gets only return tickets. Under my rule, we will build a German-level military hospital. You don't have to beg for basic needs again. We will also import medicines from Germany, too. We will reclaim the Fushidhiggaru and develop it at as a city," he said.

He said that he was not working for his own prosperity but for the prosperity and stability of the maldivian people. He also said that former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom had failed because he had committed a crime.

"Do the people of the party think Yameen has not committed a crime? It's a very wrong assumption. Ahmed Adeeb himself admitted that he took laundered money into Yameen's house. He also put the opposition behind bars. We have to vote for the honest person. That's me," he said.

He further said that the Jumhooree Party has made MDP and PPM a major party and they came to power with the help of JP every time.
