Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) have mobilized the project site for the HDh. Naavaidhoo Harbor Development Project on 31 August 2023.

They noted that the scope of works for the project include 41,618cbm new harbor dredging operations, 15,329cbm existing harbor dredging operations, 15,320cbm channel dredging operations, construction of 300m breakwater, 231m quay wall, 73m revetment, 25m groyne, 10mx9m concrete ramp, 95mx2m concrete jetty, installation of 2,087sqm harbor pavement, navigational & harbor lights, and mooring buoys.

The value of the project is MVR 47.5 million.
