Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) on Thursday signed an agreement with Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure towards implementation of L. Kahdhoo Airport Land Reclamation and Shore Protection Project.

MTCC CEO Adam Azim signed on behalf of MTCC while Fathimath Shaana Farooq, DG, signed on behalf of Ministry.

Minister Fayyaz Ismail and MP Mohamed Wisaam was also present at the ceremony.

According to MTCC, the scope of works include, a sand search survey, 56.40 hectares reclamation operations, 4,433m revetment.

The value of the project is MVR 360.90 million.
