Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has decided to pay their employees MVR 25,000 as bonus for the previous year.

In a circular issued on Thursday, the company said that MVR 25,000 as a bonus will be given to employees who worked throughout 2022.

According to the circular, bonuses will be given to former employees who have worked for six months or more in the previous year based on the number of days that they were employed.

However, under the disciplinary policy, employees who were terminated from their posts last year will not be entitled to bonuses.

According to the circular, last year's bonus amount will be deposited to the accounts of the employees by Sunday at the earliest.

MACL also gave MVR 25,000 as an annual bonus last year.
