Urbano has opened their new front office at Centro Mall, Hulhumale'.

Urbanco said the Center was opened to provide services to their customers in a convenient manner.

The opening of the new front office is a major step towards improving the quality of services provided to customers as the company continues to grow and expand, Urbanco said.

Urbanco added that customers who have difficulty using the service online will be able to access the services at the Urban Centre.

Urbanco said it answered 52,497 phone calls in the past month. Of the 4,769 cases filed with the company, 78 percent have been resolved, Urbanco said.
