Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed the first shipment of quay wall blocks for the ADh. Omadhoo Harbor Development Project has been delivered to the project site.

They noted that the quay wall block installation work has commenced at the site.

Scope of works include, 49,765cbm dredging and excavation operations, 12,105cbm channel dredging operations, construction of a 346m quay wall; a 398m breakwater; a 208m revetment; installation of 1,6470sqm harbor pavement, construction of a ramp, construction of concrete jetty (150m x 2m), installation of harbor lights and navigational lights.

The value of the project is MVR 66.96 million.
