Commissioner of Police, Mohamed Hameedh has said that he was indeed very proud of the professionalism shown by Maldives Police Service during the parliamentary election.

CP Hameedh made the remark in a tweet sent out on Sunday night.

Police had conducted a special operation titled “Blue Tide” to ensure the smooth running of the election.

He had welcomed the hard work of the commander, deputy and all officers who were active during the operation.
