The park built by Urbanco near Hiyaa Flats has been opened for the public.

Urbanco's senior management and Hiyaa flat residents joined the opening ceremony for the park. The event also hosted a music show.

The park has been build on the grounds between H5 and H15 towers. This is the first park built in Hulhumale' Phase II. The park has a garden area, an elevated pathway and a plaza.

Urbanco sought recommendations from the Hiyaa residents to build the park. The park was painted by the residents as well.

The park was contracted to Road Development Corporation (RDC).
