Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has signed an agreement with Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure of Maldives towards implementation of Gn. Fuvahmulah Road Development Project (Phase 2).

CEO Adam Azim signed the agreement on behalf of MTCC while Ms. Fathimath Shaana Farooq, DG, signed on behalf of Ministry during a ceremony held on Tuesday.

Scope of work for the project include, installation of a stormwater management system, 650 cable junction box, tree pits, 71,164 sqm asphalt carriageway, 633 streetlights, road markings, zebra crossings and speed breakers.

The project is valued at MVR 236.30 million.
