Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has delivered the final shipment of concrete blocks required for quay wall construction of Adh. Dhigurah Harbour Development Project.

MTCC said installation of concrete blocks are ongoing, with 65% completion.

Scope of work for the project include, dredging operations of 64,416 cbm , channel dredging operations of 6,770 cbm, construction of a 294m quay wall, a 287m breakwater, a 98m revetment, installation of 2,324sqm harbour pavement, construction of a ramp, a jetty, an apron, installation of harbour lights.

The project is valued at MVR 50.02 million.
