Maldivian destination marketing platform, PICK MALDIVES, has sponsored the "Funday Monday Game Night" at Coventry University, organised by a year 2 students group studying International Hospitality and Tourism Management at Coventry University London Campus, UK.
The Game Night is organized as part of their coursework for the module, Project Management for Hospitality and Tourism.
The university is ranked 13th in the Guardian University Guide 2019 and is the highest ranked modern university in the Complete University Guide, with "Hospitality and Tourism" subject, taught in Coventry, ranked 4th.
World renowned, PICK MALDIVES photobook is set to be distributed at the event taking place this evening at the London Campus of co-sponsored by Woodgreen, The Animals Charity. Copies of the new edition was handed over to the organizers by the Founder of PICK MALDIVES on the 12th of this month, on a special trip to London to meet some of the organizors, after ITB Berlin 2019. Few copies of the latest destination guide by the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) were also handed over for distribution at the event, as PICK MALDIVES is a brand endorsed by MMPRC.
Pick Maldives launched and distributed the second edition of the photobook at the ITB 2019 earlier this month. The edition was officially released at ITB by the Tourism Minister, Mr. Ali Waheed.
Founder of the initiative, Riaayath Abdul Majeed, also presented a copy to the Deputy Ambassador of Maldives to Germany, Mohamed Jinah at the embassy office in Berlin at a meeting to discuss ways in which both parties can collaborate in the future to promote the Maldives in Germany.
Last year copies of PICK MALDIVES photobook were distributed in some events the embassy participated, not only in Berlin, but in Munich as well.
PICK MALDIVES brand, as a B2C destination marketing platform, was officially launched last year and the first edition of the PICK MALDIVES photobook was released at ITB last year, which was well received and the PICK MALDIVES brand turned out to be a huge sensation, with major resort groups supporting the concept.
The main distribution of the photobook is via DHL to influencers worldwide as a luxury souvenir of Maldives, and copies are also distributed in 20 cities worldwide through PICK MALDIVES ambassadors, besides the distribution at major exhibitions in affiliation with MMPRC.
PICK MALDIVES is now prepares to take part in the upcoming Arabian Travel Market 2019 in Dubai at the end of April.
