Employment Tribunal has ruled the Attorney General (AG)'s Office has treated Senior State Council Hawwa Sana with bias, and that the written warning issued to Sana should be dissolved and removed from her personal files and records.
Sana had filed the issue with Employment Tribunal after AG Office gave her a written warning for signing on AG Office notes although she had not been authorised by the Attorney General to do so.
following investigations, Employment Tribunal ruled that the action taken by AG Office goes against the Civil Service Regulations in the Employment Act. As such, the Tribunal ruled that the written warning should be dissolved and her personal records should be cleared as well.
