Dhonbeys Pvt Ltd has been contracted to build 100 housing units in Lh. Hinnavaru.

At a ceremony held at the Ministry, Director General, Housing Department, Ahmed Vishan Naseem signed the contract on behalf of Ministry of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Head of Operations, Ali Hamdhoon, signed the contract on behalf of Dhonbeys Pvt Ltd.

Under this agreement, 50 row houses of 700sqft will be constructed, and 50 housing units of 1000sqft consisting of 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry space.

The project is valued at MVR 83.8 million. Scope of work for the project also include installation of lighting around the housing units as well as constructing a parking area.
