Civil Court Judge Zubair Mohamed has decided to step down from his position.

A Media Official at the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) revealed to "One" that the judge has already submitted his letter of resignation. The official added that he had submitted his resignation on June 17th.

While the judge has decided to step down from Civil Court, he had recently applied to the vacant post at the High Court.

He was appointed to the High Court in 2015.

He had also filled as a judge at the Drug Court and as a magistrate as well.
