Maldives Road Development Corporation (MRDC) has been contracted with Ameenee Magu road development and street-scaping project.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony held at Housing Ministry on Sunday by Permanent Secretary of Housing Ministry, Zeeniya Ahmed Hameed and Managing Director of MRDC, Moosa Ali Manik.

The project is valued at MVR 84.4 million, to be completed within 212 days.

Scope of work for the project include developing a 7.1km asphalt road, installation of storm drainage system, and installation of streetlights.
