Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has urged travellers to go to airport at least 3 hours before flight time.

MACL took to Twitter stating that the request is made due to delays in light of the long check-in queues at Velana International Airport.

MACL also urged the public to wear masks at the airport to curb the spread of Covid-19, as numbers are once again on the rise.
