Criminal Court has sentenced a Bangladeshi for 14 years in prison for sexually assaulting a minor.

The man was charged with and found guilty of the offence of sexual assault on a minor. As such, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison.

However, the man will serve 10 years and 11 months in prison, having spent three years and 21 days in remand for the duration of the investigation.
