President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has departed on on a two-day visit to Sh. Funadhoo and N. Holhudhoo on Friday.

President Solih is set to attend Funadhoo School Golden Jubilee celebrations in Funadhoo island and join Mean School Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Holhudhoo island.

The President will also hold meetings with the Island Council and Women’s Development Committee (WDC) members in both islands to discuss developmental plans and pertinent issues.

President Solih will also unveil a monument commemorating the 75th anniversary of Meyna School in Holhudhoo Island.

President Solih is accompanied on this trip by high-level government officials.
