Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC)has said the Fuvahmulah City Internal Roads Construction Project is well underway.

MTCC said the stormwater drainage works are currently ongoing, with overall project progress at 72.65%.

Scope of work for the project include sub base preparation of 122,659sqm, an asphalt wearing course of 95,239sqm, footpath preparation of 27,450sqm, road marking, streetlights, and storm drainage works of 19,940m.

The project is valued at MVR 331.05 million.
