Bangkok Airways is scheduled to begin operations in the Maldives during the month of July.

Bangkok Airways had also operated flights to the Maldives previously. However, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, they discontinued their operations in the country.

The airline highlighted that they will resume operations in the Maldives as normal starting July 22.

They previously operated four flights each week to the Maldives. Their flights will on every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday to Bangkok.

Air Asia is also currently operating two flights every week between Bangkok and Maldives.
