Male' Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has launched a hotline in an effort to extend the services to 24 hours a day.

The Managing Director of the Company Adam Azim made the announcement while speaking to the press today. He said that the the number for the hotline is 105 and added that the company's services will be available at any time. He said that as such, MWSC staff will visit the location within 30 minutes of the receiving a complaint.

The MD reiterated that installing the MWSC application on phones will allow customers to access bills and submit complaints.

Azim said that dialing 105 will provide the opportunity to submit complaints and added that the complaint will only need to be filed once. He noted that the every complaint will be addressed and resolved. The MD announced that the services of the company will be available online, starting from 1 April 2019.

Azim said that the company has received information that certain complaints at MWSC have faced a delay in being resolved for a duration of three years at some instances. He noted that this will all change with the introduction of the online system. The MD of MWSC noted that the company will remain with every customer along the whole way until the issue is completely resolved.
