Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has delivered the first shipment of rock boulders to Lh. Kurendhoo Coastal Protection Project to the project site.

MTCC said the scope of work for the project include 91,000cbm beach filling, construction of a 361m breakwater, and a 822m revetment.

The project is valued at MVR 44.9 million.
