Kendhoo Coastal Protection Project Ongoing

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that the second shipment of rock boulders required for B. Kendhoo Coastal Protection Project have been delivered to the project site on 2nd June 2022.

As per MTCC, swimming area dredging operations are currently ongoing.

Scope of works for the project includes dredging operations of swimming track, construction of a 803m breakwater and a 80m revetment.

The value of the project is MVR 39.9 million
