Third shipment of the rock boulders required for AA. Maalhos Harbour Development Project has been delivered to the project site on Saturday as per Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).

MTCC was awarded the project in April 2021. The harbour development project is valued at MVR 56.9 million.

MTCC completed dredging work for the harbour project in March this year.

The AA. Maalhos Harbour Development Project work involves dredging and excavation operations of 24,335cbm, construction of a 394mm quay wall, a breakwater of 407mm, a 100m revetment in addition to a 56m groyne, and installation of a 1970sqm harbour pavement with ramp and installation of harbour lights.
