Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Higher Education, Fathimath Hilmy has been suspended.
One Online has learned that Fathimath and two other senior Human Resources (HR) employees were suspended in connection to an ongoing investigation by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
They have been suspended for a one-month duration, beginning last week.
The Higher Education Ministry did not reveal the specifics of the investigation which has led to the suspension of three of their employees.
Permanent Secretaries are the highest authority from Civil Service in government offices.
