Health Protection Agency (HPA) has revealed that the COVID-19 Vaccination Centre at Dharubaaruge will be closed from Thursday onwards.

With the closing of the vaccination center at Dharubaaruge, only two hospitals will be administering the Covid vaccine in the Greater Male Area. These are the Dharumavantha Hospital and Hulhumale Hospital.

The decision to close the center comes as the number of covid cases have drastically reduced in the Maldives, and the percentage of vaccinated population has increased.
