Maldives Trading and Contracting Company (MTCC) has stated that they have mobilized Lh. Kurendhoo Coastal Protection Project site on 21st March 2022.

Scope of works include, 91,000cbm beach filling, construction of a 361m breakwater and a 822m revetment.

The value of the project is MVR 44.92 million, which was provided to MTCC by the Planning Ministry.
