President Solih opened the new mosque in Noonu Atoll Landhoo today.

The President opened the mosque as part of a visit to Landhoo during his two-day tour of Noonu Atoll.

The mosque is called 'Masjidul Furgaan' and was constructed by Haiman Construction.

The mosque has separate ablution and prayer facilities for women and can accommodate 500 people at the same time.

The mosque was built with MVR 4.1 million from the state budget.
