Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to summon the Male' City Mayor, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu today at 2 p.m.

Talking to the press, Male' City Council has confirmed that the ACC has ordered the Mayor appear at 2 p.m. this afternoon.

ONE Online has reached out to the ACC for a comment but the Media Official is not responding to calls.

While Mayor Muizzu has been summoned to the ACC, an official from the ACC has previously told ONE Online that an independent party has reported alleged suspicious elements in the draw for the 211 new parking spots in Male' City.

When public concern arose regarding the draw for the parking spots, the City Council assigned a slip number for all the applicants and announced the winners of the draw.

Mayor Muizzu has been summoned to the ACC before on another case.
