Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that a large portion of the Fuvahmulah City Inner Roads Development Project has been completed.
Taking to Twitter this morning, MTCC said that an overall 70 percent of the project has been completed and the installation of the stormwater drainage system was commenced on 6 December 2021.
Fuvahmulah Inner Roads Development Project entails 122,659 square meters of sub base, 95,239 square meters of asphalt, 27,450 square meters of sidewalk and a 19,940-meter-long storm drainage system along with the installation of traffic signs and street lamps.
MTCC said that the project is valued at MVR 271.3 million.
