A woman has stabbed her husband in the stomach during a heated argument.

Police Media Officer told ONE Online today that a man getting stabbed in the stomach was reported to the Maldives Police Service on the night of 6 December 2021. The case is being investigated and no arrests have been made so far according to the Police.

ONE Online has learned that the incident took place after a argument between a husband and a wife. Sources say that the man is in critical condition being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Media Official of the Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) has confirmed that a man in being treated after being stabbed in the stomach but the official does not have the current status of the patient.
