Statistics have shown that the highest number of tourist visits to the Maldives this year took place in November.

Maldives Immigration released statistics show 144,725 tourists visiting the Maldives last month compared to 142,064 tourists of October.

An average of 4,824 tourists were visiting the Maldives last month with the highest tourist traffic day showing 5,987 tourists visiting the country.
