The Maldives Living Expo 2019, organized by Highrise Pvt. Ltd. has officially begun as of today.

The official opening ceremony of the Living Expo 2019 was inaugurated by Minister of Housing and Urban Development Aminath Athifa this afternoon. The Minister had proceeded to visit various stalls at the expo following the opening ceremony.

While Allied Insurance Company is the main sponsor of the Living Expo, the company’s  Marketing Manager Mohamed Niushad Shareef spoke at the event. He said that the expo is set to showcase various household products and added that home security measures will be displayed at the Allied Insurance stall. Niushad said that various other household products will also be seen at the event.

CEO of event organizer, Highrise Pvt. Ltd. Shamin said that the Living Expo 2019 is an opportunity organized by the company to showcase the best products of different sectors of Maldives by the respective sectors. Additionally, Shamin noted that this is the seventh year where the Living Expo is being held in Maldives.

The theme of this year’s Living Expo centers around giving the opportunity for real estate businesses to showcase their products and services. As such, Niushad said that there are 30 different stalls within the expo, relating to owning or renting homes.

The Maldives Living Expo is set to be spread out across three days. Living Expo will take place from today till 11 February 2019 daily,  from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm as well as 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Dharubaaruge.
