A COVID-19 related has been reported at Addu City raising the total number of COVID-related deaths in the country to 239.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that today at 06:35 pm an 87-year-old Maldivian male admitted at Addu Covid Management Facility has passed away

The COVID death toll in the country is now at 239 that includes 222 locals and 17 foreigners. Maldives saw the highest COVID-related deaths on 25 May where 13 people passed away.
