Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has revealed that bus services will begin in Hulhumale' Phase II starting tomorrow.

The company on Thursday stated that following discussions between the government, Ministry of Transport, Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and MTCC, their existing bus services in Hulhumale' will be expanded to Phase II as well. The company said that the services will begin starting tomorrow.

MTCC noted that the bus route has been revised to provide the service to the residents of Phase II as well.

The fare for Hulhumale Bus Service is MVR 5. The company said that they are currently working on procuring necessary buses to improve their service, along with other works to expand and improve the existing public transport network.
