Higher Education Minister, Dr. Ibrahim Hassan has said that over 100 scholarship opportunities have been opened to date this year.

Speaking on a Raajje TV program last night, the Minister said that scholarships in various fields have been provided this year. This includes 46 scholarships that were announced under a special priority for learning disabilities. It included 10 slots in Clinical Psychology, 5 slots in Addiction Management, 11 slots in Mental Health Nursing, 2 slots in Psychiatry, 10 slots in Psychotherapy, and 8 slots in Masters Learning Disability.

These scholarships are open till the end of September.

The Minister also added that over 100 scholarship opportunities from different countries have been opened to date this year.

He noted that the current administration is focused on developing people, especially in the field of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
